The earplugs are good, but there are no instructions on how to clean them. They also become puffed and unusable after approximately a year. I would appreciate it if there were instructions on how to clean them, and I would like to urge your research team to improve the shelf life of the earplugs.

It helps me to get a good sleep!
To me, it's a bit thick and long so I'm unable to fully put it into my ears, but even if I didn't wear it fully it could still block most of the sound.
Ear plugs (2 pairs) are soft and block off sound and white noises too. It’s easy to use too.
Really super good and so soft fitted well my both ears. Been searching high and low for the best ear plugs. Really block all the noise. Best sleep ever after using this getha brand.
